Hey friends, I could use your help.
As I work to build my popular “how change really happens” workshop into a 6-week online course, I’m debating how wide my frame should be. Change is a BIG topic—it’s everywhere, all the time. And while I know these principles and practices can apply to all sorts of change, I don’t want the course to suffer from being too broad.
Would you do me the favor of answering a few simple questions? Even if you have no intention of taking a course on change, your answers will help me immensely:
Thank you kindly. And if you’re open to sharing more context on your answers, pop on into the comments. If you’re interested in learning more about the course, you can sign up here and you’ll be the first to know when more info is available… soon!
Hi Kristen. Hard to choose just one of these options when responding to your questions. I’m dreaming of a cultural change at the org level, challenged by the difficulty of a consistent message that manifests in many activities and communications, large and small, planned and spontaneous, local and system-wide. AND I’m aware that I need and want to show up differently - personally, interpersonally, team and system-level, to catalyze this change.
Challenge…. Helping folks understand how to break it a part into small doable and digestible pieces to get things started
