Hi Kristen. Hard to choose just one of these options when responding to your questions. I’m dreaming of a cultural change at the org level, challenged by the difficulty of a consistent message that manifests in many activities and communications, large and small, planned and spontaneous, local and system-wide. AND I’m aware that I need and want to show up differently - personally, interpersonally, team and system-level, to catalyze this change.

Hi Wes, a very good point... "all of the above" is probably the right response for most of us. I also appreciate your wisdom in considering how you yourself will want/need to show up differently... and that's right where we're going to start.

I really appreciate your perspective, Wes, and feel similarly. It is all interconnected and, at least for me, comes down to how I am showing up.
