Vote the change you want to see in the world
Change is coming, like it or not.
It’s a fact and there’s no stopping it.
Change is always happening
(birthing, maturing, regressing, dying, transcending)
even in the moments in between
when we don’t perceive it
shifting the ground
raising the temperature a degree
or two.
Then there are times
when the sky is on fire
and the smoke is so thick
you can’t see the future
(as if you ever could).
But the question remains
what will this change be?
What is dying?
(supremacy or democracy)
What is being born?
(awareness or the devil)
We get to decide.
Change is inevitable
but progress is not.
