I recently become aware of how big of an impact that fear has in my life and reading your newsletter make me feel a little less lonely and a sense of relief. That I can befriend fear instead of constantly afraid of it. I'm doing an exercise to list down all my fears, hoping to understand what could be at the core of it, and I hope in the process, we can be friends :)
Oh this one really landed! Fear has played quite the role in my life too and I am on a journey to relate to it differently. What a powerful example you gave with your story. I love how you explained this. Thanks Kristen.

That sounds like a helpful exercise, Swee-Ping. I'm going to follow your lead and make a list. Always a good first step to getting my bearings!
This is exactly what I needed to hear today. Thank you for your vulnerability and wisdom, always.
I'm so glad it resonates, my friend.

Thank you, Megan, and I'm glad to be on this journey together.
I expect I will be revisiting this one from time to time. Thank you.
You and me both, Debbie!
Thank you for all of this, it resonates a lot.
Take it with you, Alanna, and please feel free to share it. I'm learning that one of the antidotes to fear is connection and community with others.
