My heart is racing—I have some news.
You may recall that earlier this summer I left my role as Chief Culture Officer, a job I loved at a company I care about.
By that point, I’d also walked away from a couple offers for similar organizational culture roles at exciting, high-growth companies that I respect and admire.
I made these choices because it has become crystal clear to me what I really want to do:
I want to work with you.
I’ve started my own business, in the service of transforming leaders, teams and organizational cultures from the inside out—for strategic shifts that actually stick.
If you’ve known me for a while, you know this has been a longtime dream of mine. And the dream is already coming true—I’m having so much fun, and I can say with confidence that I’m doing the best work of my career right now.
It feels good. Really good.
A special shout-out to my clients who are doing the challenging but joyful work of sparking and sustaining real change. And thank you for doing it with me.
Everybody else, over the weeks ahead, I’ll share more about this work and the approach that guides it, which I’m calling my Radiant change methodology.
