Until we see that the world is bigger than our worldview...
Until we decide that perspectives unlike ours are valid and essential...
Until we demonstrate that every voice in the room has value...
Until we are willing to learn from everyone (every single person) around us...
Until we acknowledge our preferences, assumptions and biases...
Until we commit to being intentionally inclusive...
Until we share our power...
We will never reach our full potential.
