By now you know that I’m offering an applied mindfulness course called Breaking Open, designed to help you (or someone you know) disrupt old stories that aren’t serving, and create new, more conscious and compassionate ways of thinking and being, acting, reacting and interacting.
You can read more about Breaking Open here, but I’m willing to bet you can already think of someone in your life who may benefit.
Maybe multiple someones.
So here are three simple ways to share Breaking Open with your friends, family, colleagues and/or community.
Share one of my Breaking Open Instagram posts. This one is a week-by-week overview of the program. This one talks about the role of mindfulness in our anti-racism work. This one includes everything they need to know.

It has been a challenging year, and I know you’ve been feeling it as much as I have. This new course, Breaking Open, may interest you. My friend Kristen calls it “meditation for modern life,” and she’s offering the six-week course as a public service and a fundraiser for the Loveland Foundation and the AAPI Community Fund. It starts April 10 and runs for six Saturdays. You can learn more here.
Register yourself and a loved one to take Breaking Open together. Please note: Registration is on a sliding scale and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Choose the level that’s right for you.
Friends, it’s hard being a human being right now. We are all suffering, even if we don’t know why. Even if we do. Let’s find brave, beautiful ways to support one another.
And thank you!
